Also known as the crock pot, this is one of my favourite cooking pot for making chinese soups. It is especially good for long simmering soup.

The thermal cooker is also branded as the magic pot because it seems to cook on its own. It is the coolest energy saving soup pot.

This little neat ceramic soup pot is used to cook nourishing tonics by double boiling.

1. Steaming wire plate
Fondly called the tripod, the steaming wire plate provides more stable support for steaming food in a wok.
