600g watercress2000ml soup stock
1/2 Buddha's fruit (luo han guo)
Directions
- Wash the watercress thoroughly
- Cut the watercress into shorter sections
- Bring 2000ml soup stock to a boil
- Add the watercress and buddha's fruit and cook on high for 4 hours
- Season with salt
- Serve
