From the leaves, it looks like choy sum. I wish I have a clear view of the stalk because it could be kale. Both have similar leaves but the stalks will give it away.
This bunch that you have here will be great in a stir-fry. Fry them with some garlic in oil and a dash of soy sauce or oyster sauce (hoisin sauce). Spice it up with some mushrooms or fresh shrimps.
You can also blanch them quickly and serve with oyster sauce and sesame seed oil mix.

It is a Chinese mustard green not as strong or potent as a American version! stirfry like choy sum or bok choy or lightly boil/ steam....
