A yummy thickened tofu soup recipe using firm tofu, ground pork, carrot and bamboo shoot. The carrot and bamboo shoot result in a crunchier soup as compared to silken tofu soup with dried scallop.
Ingredients 1 piece firm tofu 50g minced pork 30g carrot, julienned 30g bamboo shoot, julienned 300ml soup stock 1 tbsp of cornstarch mixture Seasoning dash of sesame seed oil salt and pepper to taste Directions
