Corn soup recipe with pork ribs

This is a very simple chinese soup with only 2 key ingredients: sweet corn and pork ribs. If you are new to chinese soups, try making this.

This recipe uses the thermal cooking pot which requires at least 4 hours' cooking time. A normal stock pot or soup pot can also be used. Just lower to a slow simmer for about 40 minutes.
