This simple napa cabbage soup is suitable for babies from 4 to 8 months old. You do not have to add any seasoning or oil to this soup.
Ingredients
1 leaf of napa cabbage
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
400cc water or vegetable soup stock
Directions
- Rinse the cabbage leaf and onion and julienne
- Wash, peel and cut the carrot into small pieces
- Place the cabbage, onion and carrot into the water
- Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are really soft
