Beef soup recipe with ox shin
Ingredients
250g ox shin
5g chinese yam (huai shan)
3g dried tangerine peel
2 slices ginger
2 litre soup stock
Seasoning
1 tbsp cooking wine
salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the ox shin into thick slices and parboil
- Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker
- Bring everything to a boil
- Lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours
- Add the seasoning
- Serve
