Beef soup recipe with
beef sirloin and chinese herbs

Ingredients

50g astragalus
50g huai shan
15g arrowroot
25g goji berries
50g red dates
750g beef sirloin
15g garlic
3 pieces of ginger
1 chilli
1 stalk of chinese parsley
10 cups of water
Pinch of salt



Directions
  1. Wash and slice the beef sirloin

  2. Parboil the beef

  3. Bring the water to a boil

  4. Add the beef, garlic, ginger, chilli

  5. Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker for 40 minutes

  6. Add salt and parsley

  7. Cover lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes
