More Than One Beef Noodle Soup Recipe To Whet Your Appetite.

How do you eat leftover roast beef? In sandwiches or salads? How about trying it in a beef noodle soup recipe 牛肉面? Using leftovers in a noodle soup isn't a new idea. I do it all the time. And if you have only scraps left, you don't even need to heat it up separately. Just add them into the soup and let it boil away. It doesn't have to be roast beef, any leftover beef or chicken or pork will do too.
